Bieber has one less legal battle to fight

Justin Bieber can cross off at least one case from his busy legal docket.

TMZ reports that the pop star, still in his bad boy phase, has been cleared in an August case where he was accused of snatching a fan's cellphone at a Dave & Buster's restaurant in Los Angeles. The fan was attempting to take photos of him and on-again-off-again girlfriend Selena Gomez.

A review of the restaurant's security camera footage shows Bieber did lunge for the budding paparazzo but never manage to complete the snatch or even touch the young man.

It might have been a different story had Bieber's bodyguards not stepped in to stop him.
