PHOTOS: Move over humans! Dogs dress up & party in Rio-de Janeiro

 Think only humans have carnival parties? About 100 dogs got their own day at a pre-Carnival bash in Rio de Janeiro as dog owners gathered to party with pooches on Copacabana beach Sunday.
Some have labelled this offensive and an abuse to animal rights..see pics below
