Chris Brown faces prison sentence for beating man during basketball game after boasting he's a member of blood's gang
It seems chris is naturally drawn towards trouble and getting more known for his temper than his music,so this is what happened
The 24-year-old is allegedly being sued by a man who claims the rapper and his entourage attacked him on a basketball court in July, reports TMZ.
The man who filed the lawsuit - Michael Ausbon - claims the altercation occurred during a basketball game at 24-Hour Fitness.
When Ausbon called a foul, Brown reportedly threatened physical violence and bragged about being a member of the Bloods street gang, according to TMZ.
Ausbon claims Brown and three members of his security detail then ran towards him, shouting, 'If you f*** with Chris, you f*** with us.'
According to the website, the four men began to, 'strike, punch, kick, pull and stomp Ausbon's head and body.'
The man claims he had to go to the emergency room for his injuries. He also said the attack left him fearful, embarrassed, anxious and with PTSD.
A source close to Brown told TMZ the singer confirmed an 'incident' occurred but they claimed 'no punches were thrown.'
Brown was spared a term behind bars earlier this month after a judge freed him on the condition he stays in rehab following an assault charge over an altercation with a man in Washington D.C last October.
Brown also remains on probation for his 2009 attack on his then-girlfriend Rihanna hours before the Grammy Awards.
