Heavy gunfire is currently going on in Port-Harcourt over the death of Port-Harcourt city council care taker boss, Charles Paul, who died in his sleep last night, currently Ikwerre road is a no go area, our reporter who lives close to the scene has said the heavy gun 
fire can be heard from afar. It is worthy to note until his death he was a member of APC
